I further understand that running or walking in a race is a potentially hazardous activity and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained. If, as a result of my participation, I should require medical attention, I hereby give my consent for whatever care is deemed necessary by the authorized medical personnel of CERENITY SENIOR CARE OF SOUTH ST. PAUL MEMORIES IN MOTION 5K.
